We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from favouritesaccessories.com. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
How to Return an Item
- Visit favouritesaccessories.com and log into your account
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return
- Follow the prompts to generate your return label
- Package your items securely, including the original tags and packaging
- Attach the return label and drop your package at any authorized shipping location
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Final sale items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Processing Time
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once received. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Exchange items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through favouritesaccessories.com. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
